Nicholas Richard Janschek, named after two of the greatest outdoorsmen that he’d ever come to know, his father and great grandfather. These men would later shape Nick’s life into becoming an avid hunter and fishermen. Born and raised on the family farm in Waldorf MD, Nick would watch the wildlife of deer, squirrel, and rabbits run through the property from his bedroom window. So at the very young age of 3 he began tagging along on his father and grandfathers hunting trips. It wouldn’t take long for Nick to realize hunting was his passion. By the time Nick was 10 he was hunting on his own, which included manning his own deer stand. When Nick isn’t in the wildlife he can be found on either the Patuxent or Potomac River fishing for bass, rock fish, cat fish or crabs. No doubt that Nick is a man who loves and respects the great outdoors.
When Nick doesn’t have the woodlands or aluminum boat under his feet – he loves spending time with his wife of almost 3yrs, son Tyler and step-son Keith.
Nick is employed by the Local 26 Electrical Union and holds an electrical license in Maryland, an also a team member of Red Trail Outdoors.
